Christy Solimine - President
Children/Grade: Anthony 6th, Jackie 4rd, Olivia 1st
Years at FRCS: 6th year
Hometown: Brockton
Occupation: Full Time IT Asset Manager
Favorite PIE Event: Father/Daughter Dance
My Why Story: Much like other moms out there, I too am juggling things like parenting, working, housework, & family matters just to name a few. PIE allows me to have "Me" time, where I can hang out with some wonderful people while also doing something worthwhile. I love being involved and having a say in the events my children will ultimately participate in, meet new people, build lasting friendships, and help formulate a strong partnership between parents and school officials/teachers.

Years at FRCS: 3rd year
Hometown: Attleboro
Occupation: Nanny
Favorite PIE Event: Father/Daughter Dance
My Why Story: I became interested in volunteering for PIE so that my daughter Olivia could have the best experience possible at FRCS events. I had no idea how much fun I would have myself. As parents of children at FRCS, we all have 1 thing in common and that is we want the best education for our children. I look forward to meeting more parent volunteers in working together to make memorable experiences for all of our children.

Children/Grade: Archer 2nd grade
Years at FRCS: 3rd year
Hometown: Foxboro
Occupation: Gun Vault Specialist
Favorite PIE Event: Field Day
My Why Story: When my son first came to FRCS it was overwhelming. I wanted to be involved so I became a room parent and loved it. I reached out to the board and went to the very next meeting. Walking in I was a little nervous and unsure but everyone was very nice. My very first meeting I learned a lot and was curious about the board, the open positions and how they worked. Before the end of the meeting I got voted onto the board. That meeting not only became a great way to get involved with the school but a great way to meet other parents and new friends. I am looking forward to the opportunity to get to know the FRCS faculty and staff the next years to come.

My Why Story: When my son first came to FRCS, it was overwhelming. I wanted to be involved, but I didn't know how. I got my toes wet by signing up to help sell raffle tickets at an event. Everyone was very nice and helpful so I started to attend PIE meetings. These meetings not only became a great way to get involved with the school and meet other parents, it has also afforded me the opportunity to get to know the FRCS faculty and staff. I fully believe in the "it takes a village" motto when it comes to a well-rounded education, and I am proud to play a small part in helping shape this little village we call FRCS.

My Why Story: Once my kids adjusted to attending FRCS, and having such a wonderful experience our first year, I wanted to become more involved. I decided to attend a PIE meeting and the more I learned about what PIE does the more I wanted to be a part of it. I have found that by attending events at my school, my kids are more excited about learning. In joining the PIE Board and planning fun events I feel like I am playing a part in making my kids experience at FRCS a memorable one. I am looking forward to meeting new parents, making new friends, and becoming more acquainted with the staff at FRCS for years to come

Children/Grade: Keira 6th grade
Years at FRCS: 7th year
Hometown: Attleboro
Occupation: Quality Assurance
Favorite PIE Event: Book Fair
My Why Story: My daughter started at FRCS in Kindergarten. Right away I wanted to get involved and meet new people. I work full time and am a member of a number of other volunteer groups. Life is busy but I've always tried to help out as much as possible, might be for a whole day, might be just donating something for an event. I was a board member of PIE a few years ago and decided to return because I do enjoy the events and being involved with the school activities.
